IDFC FIRST Bank has appointed Anshuman Bhardwaj as Branch Head – Chandigarh, bringing over 16 years of extensive banking experience in sales, operations, retail banking, corporate business, credit, and third-party products.
Anshuman has built a career leading branch networks across North India, ranging from remote and rural areas to semi-urban and metro markets. His leadership journey includes key roles at YES Bank, BandhanBank, DCB Bank, IndusIndBank, AxisBank, HDFC Bank, and ICICIBank, where he consistently delivered growth across the organisations while managing large teams and complex portfolios. His leadership style emphasises developing teams to build sustainable growth strategies and ensuring strong field execution to meet targets.
At IDFC FIRST Bank, Bhardwaj will be responsible for steering the Chandigarh branch’s growth strategies, driving customer acquisition, strengthening retail and corporate offerings, and expanding the bank’s footprint in one of North India’s most dynamic markets.
