
IHH Healthcare has appointed Quek Sin Kwok as its Group Chief Business Technology Officer. Based in Singapore, he brings nearly three decades of leadership experience in digital transformation, fintech, healthcare technology, and public sector innovation.
Quek moves to IHH from Accenture, where he served as Managing Director, and previously held senior leadership roles at RafflesMedicalGroup as Chief Digital Officer and Care as Chief Executive & Chief Product Officer. Earlier, at the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), he played a pivotal role in spearheading the Green Fintech strategy (Project Greenprint) and advancing sustainability-driven technology adoption across the financial sector.
A seasoned leader in public digital infrastructure, Quek also spent over a decade at GovTech Singapore, where he oversaw the National Digital Identity (NDI) programme and built trusted platforms like Singpass, CorpPass, MyInfo, and SGFinDex—used by millions of citizens and businesses.
His move to IHH Healthcare signals the group’s intent to further strengthen its digital health ecosystem, enhance patient experience, and leverage advanced technologies to transform healthcare delivery across its global network. With his expertise, Quek is expected to accelerate IHH’s innovation journey and reinforce its leadership in healthcare technology.
