Indosuez Wealth Management (the wealthmanagement arm of Crédit Agricole Group) has appointed Chua See Piu as Head of North Asia Market, effective immediately, based in Singapore. Chua brings more than 20 years of private-banking and investment-advisory experience serving ultra-high-net-worth clients and family offices across Asia. He will oversee strategic growth in core markets, including China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong, and reports to Laurent Proutière, CEO Asia of Indosuez.
Prior to joining Indosuez, Chua held leadership roles at major global financial institutions, including BNP Paribas Wealth Management, Deutsche Bank, J.P. Morgan Private Bank, and Nomura Holdings, where he built expertise across investment, credit, and capital-markets solutions for Asian clients.
Chua’s appointment follows the recent addition of Phonda Chan as Deputy Chief Executive of Indosuez’s Hong Kong branch — underscoring the firm’s strategy to strengthen its leadership bench and accelerate its Asia-Pacific growth agenda.
