Honeywell appointed Indra Nooyi to its Board of Directors as an Independent Director. This move marks the addition of one of the world’s most influential business leaders to the company’s governance. Indra is known for her transformative leadership at PepsiCo, serving as CEO from 2006 to 2018 and as Chair from 2007 to 2019. She brings decades of experience in corporate strategy, sustainable growth, and global operations.
At PepsiCo, she championed the pioneering “Performance with Purpose” agenda, a framework that reshaped the company’s portfolio toward healthier products, expanded its sustainability commitments, and reinforced its focus on community impact.
Beyond her legacy at PepsiCo, Nooyi’s career includes leadership roles at ABB, MotorolaSolutions, and the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). She currently serves on Amazon’s Board, where she chairs the audit committee, and on Philips’ supervisory board.
“We warmly welcome Indra to our Board of Directors.
