IndusInd Bank elevated Namit Trivedi as Head General Banking Operations, where he will be responsible for strengthening governance, compliance, and operational frameworks across the bank. With close to two decades of experience in banking, audit, internal controls, and compliance, Trivedi brings deep expertise in embedding risk management practices and driving operational efficiency.
Over the past five years at IndusInd Bank, Trivedi has served as Head – Branch Controls and Compliance (General Banking Operations), where he significantly enhanced compliance standards and streamlined operational processes across the branch network.
Before joining IndusInd Bank, Trivedi held senior roles with MorganStanley, IDFCBank, Barclays Investment Bank India, DeutscheBank India, and PwC, gaining exposure to regulatory controls, audit functions, and operational risk management. A Chartered Accountant by profession, he combines strong knowledge with practical leadership experience.
In his new role, Trivedi will focus on further strengthening operational resilience while aligning processes with the bank’s long-term vision of sustainable growth and robust governance.
