
Jana Small Finance Bank elevated Naveen Goel as the Country Head – MSE & Supply Chain Finance, where he will also be serving as a member of the MANCO. In this role, Naveen will head the bank’s micro and small enterprises while handling the supply chain businesses, driving growth and customer engagement to support India’s expanding MSME ecosystem.
Goel brings over 25 years of extensive banking and finance experience across multiple banking institutions, like SBM Bank (India), IndusInd Bank, ABN AMRO Bank, HDFCBank, IDBIBank, and Bank of Punjab. Before joining Jana, Naveen was heading SBMBank as the Head – Supply Chain Finance and Small & Micro Lending.
He led IndusIndBank for over a decade, where he served multiple leadership positions like Executive Vice President & Country Head – Small Business Banking, Commercial Banking Group, Senior Vice President & Country Head, and more, heading the pan-India business.
“Mr. Naveen Kumar Goel, who has been with the bank since August 2024 as Head of Supply Chain Finance and been instrumental in building the Supply Chain team and quality client relationships, will succeed Mr. Sumit Aggarwal as Head of MSE and Supply Chain Finance of the bank, effective September 02, 2025,” – reported the company.
