Utsav had served as the Director and Head of Human Resources India at ZimmerBiomet, leading the organisational redesign and change management, which led to a 40% boost in productivity. He has also worked with MNCs like Genpact, Whirlpool, and Capgemini. At Genpact, he led strategic HR business partnering across healthcare and developed comprehensive HR metrics, achieving a 20% increase in employee retention.
He progressed from Plant HR to Corporate HR, leading talent acquisition, industrial relations, and wellness programs at WhirlpoolCorporation, contributing a significant role in employee engagement, Talent Acquisition, and L&D across several locations.
