JLL has announced the appointment of Jitendra Yerandkar as Director – PDS, Cost Management. A strategic move to strengthen leadership to drive cost management solutions and professional delivery services across key real estate and infrastructure projects, ensuring value optimisation and rigorous financial oversight.
With over two decades of extensive experience in quantity surveying, cost control, and project delivery at JLL. He has served as Director at Gleeds Consulting (India) Pvt. Ltd., where he led cost management functions and advisory assignments for large-scale developments. His earlier career includes senior cost and budget roles with notable firms, including Turner & Townsend, Davis Langdon & Seah consulting India Pvt. Ltd. and Tata Realty And Infrastructure Ltd., where he contributed to major infrastructure and real estate portfolios.
He holds his academic qualifications from M.H. Saboo Siddik College Of Engineering and Sardar Patel College of Engineering (SPCE),Mumbai, building his strong professional credentials in cost consultancy and project controls. In his new role at JLL, he will focus on strengthening cost management frameworks across project lifecycles, enhancing client value through precision-driven financial planning, and leading delivery excellence within the PDS division.
