Vallabhi Vaidya is elevated as the Director of Human Resources at JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar. Vaidya has been associated with JW Marriott for the last 7 years. She initially joined the JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar as the Human Resources and Training Manager in 2018 and later transitioned to Assistant Director of Human Resources.
Vaidya had also worked with Marriott International, Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces, Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts 18, Park Hyatt, and HYATT Hotels Corporation.
Vaidya has 17+ years of industry experience in the hospitality industry. She has fulfilled dynamic roles across operations, guest relations, front office, and human resources. Her journey shaped her people-centric thinking while providing excellent service in the industry.
In her new role, she will be responsible for leading talent strategy and HR operations in the company, ensuring that the JW experience is enhanced. Vaidya has been consistently contributing to the people initiatives and shaping a high-performing workforce, aligning effectively with the brand’s idea of thoughtful luxury.
