Cyient has appointed the new Chief People Officer, Kavita Kurup. With over 25 years of experience, she will lead the human resources function, heading the people, talent, and culture agenda of Cyient.
In her new role, she will be responsible for aligning talent strategies, leadership development, and organisational effectiveness. Leading the company’s growth vision and future-ready vision.
Before joining Cyient, Kurup has worked with several renowned organisations like Axis Bank, Standard Chartered, JPMorganChase, UST, Ing Vysya Bank is now Kotak Mahindra Bank, Citi, ICICI Bank, and more. Her expertise in smart stakeholder engagement, human capital management, conflict resolution, and the list of skills goes on.
“Her proven track record in architecting agile organisations, cultivating high-performance cultures, and aligning people strategies with business outcomes makes her the ideal leader to guide Cyient’s global workforce into the next phase of growth,” expressed Sukamal Banerjee, Executive Director and CEO of Cyient.
