Manish Nambiar has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations – Middle East, Africa & Asia Pacific at Kempinski Hotels, marking a significant milestone in his 20+ years of career with the luxury hospitality brand.
A seasoned industry expert in the hotel industry, Nambiar first joined Kempinski in 2004 as an Area Executive Chef in Tanzania. He subsequently progressed through leadership positions, including Area General Manager, Africa, and most recently, Vice President of Operations for Southeast Asia. Over the years, he has led multiple properties of Kempinski across the globe.
In his expanded role, Manish will oversee operational excellence, service quality, brand standards and business growth across Kempinski’s largest geography, spanning the MiddleEast, Africa, and AsiaPacific. The promotion reflects the company’s strategic ambition to strengthen its regional operations under one cohesive leadership umbrella.
