In her professional career, Pucha has led Suja Associates PVT LTD, My Vision Express®, powered by Eye Care Leaders, Emids, and Norstella. She has served Icrea Infotech for 13 years, where she managed a cloud-based system. At Eye Care Leaders, she has led the organisation as Senior Project Manager – Healthcare, where she delivered projects and planned and implemented them while maintaining cost estimation and risk analysis. With her expertise, she has tracked and managed product backlog and led cross-functional teams and multi-vendor teams.
During her tenure at Norstella India as Associate Vice President and Delivery Head, she has driven success across markets, RWA data, and payer data solutions. As a diverse leader, she has guided and led over 100 professionals in multiple segments like engineering, architecture, program management, and delivery heads.
With her dynamic expertise and experience in the healthcare sector, she will lead UnitedHealth Group, unlocking new opportunities on the way.
