Rahul Tripathi has joined Komatsu Mining India as the lead HR – Hard Rock. Tripathi brings over 15 years of experience in the human resources field and the corporate HR function. In his new role, he will be responsible for leading the human resources department of the company, creating a future-ready organisation.
Tripathi had worked with multiple companies like RJ Corp Retail, B. Braun Group, Ozone Group of Companies, Normet Group, and RMX Industries Pvt. Ltd. With his experience, he has been leading organisations with a focus on organisational objectives. Over the years, he has led organisations in top leadership positions, including General Manager of Corporate HR at Ozone Group of Companies, Head Plant HR at B. Braun Group, and Associate Vice President – HR/Admin/IR Legal.
With excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, and a commitment to delivering excellent results, he has led companies while delivering exceptional human resources management.
Tripathi built his strong foundation in human resources by completing the PGCHRM program in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at XLRI – Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur, and he also studied management at the School of Management Sciences, Varanasi.
