Kousheyee Ghosh is elevated as the Partner – GDS Consulting at EY, where she will be leading multiple roles along with her current role, Leader – Business Transformation and Transformation Delivery. With 22+ years of experience in business consulting and shared services operations, she is a seasoned leader.
Before joining EY, Ghosh had worked with PwC, A F Ferguson & Co., and Consulting Consulting Engineering Services (India) Pvt. Ltd..She has been associated with EY for over a decade, leading strategy, operations, and global delivery. Ghosh was the Executive Director of GDS Consulting, managing business operations across various locations like Poland, Spain, Mexico, India, and more.
In her new role, she will be leading regions like UKI, Europe West, CESA, Nordics, and MENA. Leveraging her extensive experience in the business world and company, EY aims to boost their global delivery services.
