Geeta brings deep expertise in aligning people strategy with organizational objectives, fostering innovation, and building teams that offer high performance.
Geeta has served as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Optum (United Health Group) for more than 13 years, where she led talent strategy for Technology Services and ProductEngineering. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in shaping a recruitment strategy that supported business growth and digital transformation.
Earlier in her career, Geeta had worked with ElixirWebSolutions, managing HR functions including talent acquisition, training and development, and rewards. She began her career in the telecomsector and gained foundational experience in recruitment and employee engagement.
Her appointment underscores KPMG’s continued focus on attracting and developing exceptional talent to drive excellence and innovation across its business functions.
