Lioner International Group Ltd. International announced Gary Mak as General Manager for its Hong Kong operations. Mak’s extensive experience in life insurance, brokerage, bancassurance, and fiduciary services positions him to drive the firm’s regional and global expansion.
In his new role, Mak will be responsible for the operations of the company across the Hong Kong region while focusing on sales strategy, commercial execution, and advisor execution. He will play a pivotal role in scaling Lioner’s presence across Asia, enabling the firm to better serve the evolving needs of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
With over two decades of experience, Mak has worked with FubonLife, Axa, MetLife, and Chubb. Most recently, he served as Head of Brokerage at Fubon Life (Hong Kong), where he was appointed as a “key person in intermediary management” by the Hong Kong Insurance Authority.
