Citi appointed Maneesh Menda as the Global Head of HR Delivery, where he will lead the global team of HR Delivery and Support Partners to provide world-class HR services. He will be focusing on designing, streamlining, and ensuring HR processes across geographies while enhancing employee experience and aligning with Citi’s growth objectives.
Maneesh is a Chartered Accountant bringing three decades of experience across human resources, finance, audit, operations, and risk management. He has held global and regional leadership roles, successfully leading large international teams and organisational transformation.
Before joining Citi, Maneesh spent more than a decade with NatWestGroup, most recently as Head of HR – International Hubs, partnering with leaders in India and Poland to drive the strategic people agenda.
He also served a successful decade at StandardCharteredBank and fulfilled multiple leadership roles, including Head of Performance Reward and Benefit Delivery Africa, where he was leading three regions in the African continent covering 15 countries. In the beginning of his professional journey, he worked with Airtel and VNMJewel Crafts Ltd. Maneesh’s appointment reflects Citi’s focus on building agile, future-ready HR practices to support its global workforce.
