Building Leaders, Not Just Products
An innovation leader who measures success by the people and culture he builds — and the lasting impact they create
With a firm belief that the future belongs to engineers who can combine technical expertise with commercial thinking, execution discipline, and a global perspective, Mr. Manish Taxak brings over two decades of experience across Honda R&D, Autoneum India, and L&L Products, contributing to advancing automotive safety, acoustics, thermal management, and lightweight engineering.
He currently serves as Director of Innovation, Application-Led Product Platforms – IMEA & APAC at L&L Products. He emphasises that successful product development is not merely about creating something new, but about solving real-world challenges and delivering lasting value.
Championing the idea that innovation must extend beyond technical breakthroughs to deliver measurable value for customers and businesses, Mr. Manish Taxak, recognised as one of the 10 Most Inspiring Product Leaders in India 2026, shares his perspective on measuring success beyond product launches and business outcomes in an exclusive conversation with Corporate TrendZ:
“While successful product launches and business performance are important, I believe leadership is ultimately measured by the people and culture we build. For me, success means developing future leaders, strengthening organizational capabilities, and creating an environment where collaboration and innovation thrive. I find the greatest satisfaction in seeing team members grow, take ownership, and achieve beyond their expectations. Sustainable success comes from empowering people, encouraging continuous learning, and building systems that continue to perform over time. A leader’s true legacy is not measured by individual accomplishments but by the lasting impact they create on their teams, organization, and future generations of leaders.”
