
Michael Robinson is stepping in as the General Manager of Anantara Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort. With 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry across the MiddleEast, Asia, and the United States, Robinson is a seasoned global leader in hospitality.
Robinson brings a ton of knowledge to the table. He has successfully handled Anantara Riverside Bangkok Resort, leading strategic enhancements that rapidly boosted guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Before this, he was also leading FCC Angkor by Avani in Siem Reap, where he navigated the resort through the post-pandemic.
He has also served at the Park Hyatt Dubai as the Front Office Manager for four years and later transitioned to General Manager at Caravelle Saigon.
These experiences shaped his global perspective and operational excellence.
Michael’s strong foundation in hospitality came from his academic journey. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International HotelManagement from the International College of Hotel Management in Adelaide. He also did a Diploma Swiss Hotel Association in International Hotel Management.
