Mike Baker returns to Aon as the Regional Director APAC, where he will be leading client leadership efforts across its large corporate portfolio. Baker brings 40 years of industry expertise on the table with deep knowledge and experience across the industry.
Before Aon, he had worked with Howden, where he served as the Chief Client Officer for Asia. Before that, he was already part of Aon between August 2022 and January 2024, and has built a reputation across the insurance industry with nearly three decades of experience working in major financial hubs, including London, Sydney, and Singapore. Given his cross-border experience across the APAC market and others, this is a powerful move by Aon.
Over the years, Mike has worked with multiple renowned organisations like Willis Tower Watson (WTW), Vero, RSA, and more, leading leadership roles successfully across these companies.
