L&T Technology Services has named Mritunjay Singh as Chief Operating Officer. He has over three decades of deep expertise in engineering services, digital transformation, global delivery, and enterprise operations. His arrival highlights LTTS’s strategic focus on operational excellence as the company accelerates its international growth ambitions.
Mritunjay had served as COO at Tredence Inc., where he led large-scale delivery transformation programs and enhanced service excellence across global teams. His earlier tenure at Infosys as Senior Vice President saw him drive enterprise-wide optimisation, cost leadership initiatives, and operational transformation. He also served AXISCADES, Persistent Systems, and more.
He brings extensive experience in delivery, process, and organisational transformation and his appointment is expected to strengthen the company’s global delivery structure, deepen operations, and boost the mission that aligns with the business objectives.
