Nidec Global Appliance has appointed Anurag G. Kalyani as the Director of HR, ER, and Admin (CHRO), where he will be leading human resources, labour relations, and administrative operations. He will be posted at the company’s upcoming greenfield mega manufacturing facility in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, focusing on cultivating a culture that nurtures talent while fostering a people-first environment. He will be aligning multicultural teams spanning Brazil, Japan, and Italy.
With nearly two decades of experience in human resources leadership, Anurag has worked with renowned organisations like Johnson & Johnson, Wipro, Siemens, Caterpillar Inc., ŠkodaAutoVolkswagen India, and Videocon Telecommunications Ltd., highlighting his skills in successfully managing large-scale industrial relations, greenfield projects, and leadership initiatives. Over the years, he had made significant contributions across the organisations he had been associated with.
