Bajaj Finserv has elevated Anupam Sirbhaiya as its Group Chief Human Resources Officer. In this new role, Anupam will oversee the group’s overall HR strategy while focusing on enhancing people practices, leadership development, and organizational culture across Bajaj Finserv’s diverse businesses.
He joined the company in 2016 as the Head of Group Learning Academy and later became the Chief of Human Resources & Administration, where he led HR and Admin functions for Bajaj Finance. His initiatives have played a vital role in fostering a performance-driven and learning-centric work environment. He has worked with the Center for Creative Leadership, WiproLimited, and TataSteel, bringing over 30 years of expertise to the table.
An alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur, he is widely respected for his strategic acumen, entrepreneurial approach, and deep commitment to people development. His elevation underscores Bajaj Finserv’s dedication to building a robust leadership pipeline and advancing its people-first growth strategy.
