Nestlé appointed Nitu Bhushan (She/Her) as Head – Human Resources, effective 2nd March, 2026. She will be joining Nestle India from Pernod Ricard, where she served as CHRO, leading enterprise-wide HR strategy, talent transformation, and leadership development initiatives across the organisation.
She brings industry expertise of over two decades across consumer goods, pharma, and financial services. Her professional journey includes senior HR leadership roles at Abbott, Mondelēz International, and HSBC, where she played a pivotal role in shaping workforce strategies aligned with business growth, organisational resilience, and evolving market dynamics.
At Pernod Ricard, she was driving in driving people-centric transformation, strengthening leadership pipelines, and embedding progressive HR practices to support long-term business objectives. At Nestlé India, Nitu Bhushan is expected to further strengthen the company’s people-first philosophy, advance talent development, and support sustainable growth as the organisation continues to evolve.
