Oberoi Realty appointed Shrikanth Kamblii as its new Chief Operating Officer, bringing with him more than three decades of experience. He has been working in real estate operations, large-scale developments, and project management for 15 years.
Shrikanth joins Oberoi Realty after an impactful 10-year stint with LodhaGroup, where he last served as COO – Townships, Mid-Income & Affordable Housing. At Lodha, he was instrumental in scaling township and affordable housing projects across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, driving operational excellence, efficiency, and customer-focused delivery. His leadership significantly contributed to expanding Lodha’s footprint in high-volume housing, while ensuring quality and timely execution.
Earlier in his career, Shrikanth held senior leadership positions including Vice President – Projects at Phoenix Marketcity Kurla, blending high-end residential and retail in Mumbai and Pune. He also worked with PanoramicUniversalLimited, heading residential and commercial projects that strengthened his expertise in managing complex developments.
With his proven track record in project execution and township management, Shrikanth’s appointment reinforces Oberoi Realty’s focus on operational excellence and premium real estate delivery, marking a key addition to its leadership team.
