
Teck Long Tan is appointed as the Group CEO of OCBC, succeeding Helen Wong. Teck brings 30+ years of experience in corporate banking, investment banking, and risk management. He has been working with OCBC for three years.
Teck has worked with Bank of NINGBO, Maxwealth Fund Management Co., Ltd 永赢基金管理有限公司, and DBS Bank. In his role as Head, he led the Global Wholesale Banking division, where he supervised banking relationships with MSMEs, large corporates, and financial institutions.
Since May 2025, Teck has also been overseeing OCBC Strategic Resilience Group, to calibrate the position of the company globally and improve business sustainability. Under his leadership, the Global Wholesale Banking has gained a CAGR of 20% in total income and 25% of net profit. He doubled the revenue by building tech, media, and telecommunication teams across China and Singapore
