OpenText appointed Rashmi Nair as Vice President & India HR Leader. With over two decades of experience in human resources in multiple renowned organizations, her addition to the leadership team will be leveraged to expand its operations in India. Rashmi brings deep expertise in building scalable, agile, and future-ready organizations.
In her new role, she will lead OpenText’s India people strategy, focusing on enhancing culture, developing leadership capabilities, and fostering innovation within the company. Her appointment reflects OpenText’s commitment to strengthening its India operations through progressive talent practices, data-driven decision-making, and inclusive growth.
Before joining OpenText, Rashmi served as Head of HR, India at LumenTechnologies, where she led major workforce expansions, introduced AI-enabled HR systems, and established strong industry-academia partnerships. Her earlier roles at ThermoFisherScientific, TribuneDigitalVentures, ThomsonReuters, and Microsoft further shaped her ability to blend business vision with people-first strategies.
