OpenText appoints Chadwick Westlake as the CFO and Executive Vice President starting March 5th, effectively succeeding Madhu Ranganathan. Westlake has over 21 years of experience in the finance sector, where he led corporate strategy, financial management, and other improvement initiatives.
“Chadwick’s experience of driving profitable growth, strategic operations, and shareholder value creation are just the skills we need to drive our next phase of growth and scale. He will be based out of Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada, and I look forward to his amazing contributions,” says the CEO.
Westlake has worked with several companies like Scotiabank, EQ Bank, RSA Canada, and more. He led these organizations by being in leadership positions, which transformed and enhanced the productivity and growth of the company.
