With over 20 years of cross-industry experience, Padma has successfully navigated leadership roles across finance, strategy, analytics, and operations within leading global organisations. Her previous roles include Senior Director – GBS at DigiKey, Director – Merchandising Planning & Analytics at Giant Eagle, Inc., Associate Director – FDS&A at Lowe’s India, and Senior Manager – FP&A at Target.
Renowned for driving enterprise transformation and operational excellence, she also brings a strong commitment to building collaborative, high-performing teams. A passionate advocate for inclusion and equity, Padma has led several impactful DEIB initiatives aimed at shaping more inclusive workplaces.
