Pankaj Behl is appointed as the Director of Rooms at Hyatt Regency Chennai. With his 14 years of experience in the hospitality industry, he has worked with some of the major giants in it. Over the years, he has worked with Hyatt, Marriott, IHG, Starwood, and Taj, bringing deep expertise across service standards, operations, and team development.
In his most recent role as Executive Housekeeper at Andaz Delhi and Hyatt Delhi Residences, Behl led the operations for 401 guest rooms and luxury serviced residences with a team of over 150 associates.
Throughout his career, he has held various leadership roles within the organisation, including serving as executive housekeeper at The Westin Sohna Resort and Spa and Crowne Plaza Today Gurugram. In this position, he has led large-scale operations and enhanced the service delivery.
