Alde Medi Impex Ltd has appointed Parag Bhatnagar as Vice President – Human Resources. This appointment aims to strengthen the company’s HR leadership and support strategic focus on people-centric growth, talent development, and organisational excellence.
With over two decades of extensive experience in hospitality, logistics, publications, real estate, and pharmaceuticals. He holds a proven track record of driving impactful HR initiatives that align people strategy with business objectives. During his professional career, he has served as Corporate HR Head at Biodeal Pharmaceuticals Limited, CHRO at Supertech Limited, Head of Human Resources at MBD Group, General Manager HR at IRPPL, Director Human Resources at Crowne Plaza® Hotels & Resorts, and Regional Human Resources Manager at Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited.
He holds his academic qualifications from the University School of Management Studies, GGSIPU, Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, and the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. In his new role at Alde Medi Impex Ltd as Vice President HR based at the Corporate office in Delhi, he will focus on strengthening and streamlining HR processes and policies while driving the transformation towards a sales-driven and performance-oriented organization. He will also lead employer branding initiatives to enhance talent attraction, engagement, and retention, supporting the company’s long-term growth and organizational excellence.
