“AI is the game-changer healthcare has been waiting for. In pricing, predictive analytics enables us to model budget impact, forecast outcomes, monitor policy shifts, and strengthen value-based pricing using real-world evidence. Decisions become data-driven rather than intuitive. For patient engagement, AI enables personalized interventions, predicts adherence risks, and provides multilingual, round-the-clock support, helping patients stay on therapy. However, AI doesn’t replace the human touch; it amplifies it by automating routine tasks so we can focus on meaningful outcomes. One lesson I carry from the Army is, “Train hard, fight easy.” In Market Access, it’s “Automate the noise, focus on impact.” That’s how we make healthcare more proactive, efficient, and accessible.”
