Paul Broughton appointed as Managing Director Asia Pacific at UKG

UKG has appointed Paul Broughton as Managing Director, Asia Pacific. This appointment aims at strengthening UKG’s regional leadership and accelerating its strategic growth and market expansion across the Asia Pacific technology landscape.

With over two decades of extensive experience in business leadership, sales strategy, and customer success within the enterprise software and technology sectors. He has a strong track record of driving transformation, operational excellence, and commercial performance. During his professional journey, he has served as Senior Vice President & Managing Director – Asia Pacific & Japan at Cornerstone OnDemand, Account Executive at GE, Research Assistant for Professor Murr at the University of San Diego School of Law, and Student Brand Manager at Red Bull. Over the years, he led cross-functional teams, expanded market presence, and delivered solutions that drive customer value and business outcomes. He has a deep expertise in scaling businesses and building high-performing teams, which has consistently supported sustained growth in competitive markets.

He completed his academic qualifications from the University of San Diego School of Law, the University of San Diego, and UCLA. In his new role, he will oversee UKG’s strategic direction, strengthen regional partnerships, and enhance customer engagement to support the company’s continued growth and innovation.
