Pee Safe secures $32 Million in Series C Funding from OrbiMed

Pee Safe, a leading femtech and personal care brand, has successfully raised $32 million in Series C funding, with the round led by OrbiMed, one of the world’s largest dedicated healthcare investment firms.

The funding round also saw participation from existing and new investors who recognize the company’s robust brand positioning and ability to address critical gaps in personal hygiene, feminine care, and wellness categories. This infusion of capital marks a significant milestone in the company’s growth journey, developing strong investor confidence. Being a part of the investment, Dr. Sunny Sharma and Sumona Chakraborty from OrbiMed will join Pee Safe’s board.

Pee Safe (Founded in 2013 by Vikas Bagaria, Rithish Kumar and Srijana Bagaria) has championed a mission to create science-backed, consumer-centric solutions that enhance everyday health and hygiene outcomes. The fresh capital will be deployed to accelerate Pee Safe’s product innovation pipeline, expand distribution across domestic and international markets, and strengthen its omnichannel reach across digital and retail platforms.

This Series C funding milestone positions Pee Safe for accelerated scale, continued brand leadership, and deeper engagement with diverse consumer segments, while reinforcing its role as a category-defining player in femtech and personal care innovation.
