With nearly three decades of expertise in human resources, industrial relations, and compliance, Dr. Inbaraj brings deep experience in shaping people strategy and governance across diverse industries.
Before joining Quess Corp, he had served AdaniGroup, TCS, AdityaBirlaNuvo Ltd, CaterpillarIndia Limited, GE, NTTF, Delphi Automotives Pvt Ltd, and Pricol Limited. He worked as the Head of IR/ER/HR Compliance at Adani Group for three years, driving vital initiatives in policy development and organisational change management.
An established people leader, Dr. Inbaraj has been driving HR, policy reforms, executive coaching, and human capital strategies. His appointment at Quess Corp underscores the company’s commitment to strengthening employee relations, compliance frameworks, and organisational culture.
