Kumar joins Endurance Technologies with over a decade of professional experience in logistics and supply chain leadership. He has served in senior logistics roles at MarutiSuzuki India Limited, where he led the export warehouse function, overseeing the movement and dispatch of products to more than 100 countries. Kumar built his logistics leadership expertise at Maruti Suzuki India Limited; his career narrative reflects extensive experience in end-to-end supply chain and logistics leadership.
Kumar’s professional journey reflects a deep understanding of logistics as a strategic business function that drives competitiveness, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction, capabilities that are increasingly essential to aftermarket operations in the automotive sector.
His educational career progression illustrates a sustained commitment to operational excellence and cross-functional leadership within large, complex supplychain environments. He has completed his B.Tech from G.B. Pant Govt. Engineering College and an MBA in strategy and operations from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon.
With his appointment, he will be responsible for shaping and executing the company’s aftermarket logistics strategy, improving network resilience, enhancing parts availability, and ensuring service excellence.
