“I have developed core principles that anchor my leadership across transitions and industries. I rely on strong mechanisms that bring clarity, especially in ambiguous situations. A data-led mindset ensures decisions address root causes rather than symptoms. I follow the 80:20 principle, making judgement calls when information is incomplete. I balance long-term strategy with disciplined execution, moving quickly where appropriate and slowing down when risks require deeper assessment.”
