Standard Chartered welcomed Ramakanth B V L N as the Vice President of Quantum Leap, where he will be responsible for driving internal visualization and analytics consulting for the corporate, commercial & institutional banking (CIB) division. He will be developing analytics products while aligning and handling various segments and product portfolios, aligning those with the business goals of the company. Also actively exploring opportunities in AI, GenAI, micro-automation, and core systems enhancements.
With more than 22 years of experience in the banking and financial services sectors, Ramakanth is a seasoned leader. He had worked with organisations like Bank of America, Genpact, and HSBC. He led these organizations in top leadership positions where he focused on process transformation, operational excellence, and risk mitigation.
He worked with Bank of America for more than 7 years as a Process Design Consultant, leading and mentoring teams and developing initiatives that improved business. His exceptional expertise in digital transformation and stakeholder management uniquely positions him to drive productivity and customer satisfaction in the company.
