Ranjeeka Sachdev to lead BMW Group India as the Chief Human Resource Officer. With over 20 years of experience in the human resources industry, Sachdev has given her meaningful contributions in the automotive sector. In her current role, she will be leading the company’s HR strategy and driving talent management, organizational transformation, and culture of the company aligning with the global vision of the company.
Sachdev had served Maruti Udyog Limited, Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd., Gap Inc., Pernod Ricard, and Jaquar & Company Private Limited. She has served Pernod Richard as the General Manager HR in South Asia, leading inclusion and diversity, performance management, employee engagement, global liaising, and more for the South Asia and Business Partner. Her contributions were immense at Pernod Richard, and she worked closely with the India management team while managing HR responsibilities.
