RBL Bank appointed Jitendra Singh as the Zonal Head for Mumbai, marking a significant leadership addition to its retail banking division. In his new role, Jitendra will oversee all business operations, profitability, and compliance for the Mumbai zone, with a prime focus on driving revenue growth, operational excellence, and regulatory adherence.
Jitendra brings with him over two decades of banking experience in retail and branch banking. Before joining RBL Bank, he held several senior positions at KotakMahindraBank, including City Head and Regional Business Head for Branch Banking. He also held leadership roles at Bandhan Bank, YesBank, and CICIBank, where he consistently delivered strong business outcomes and operational efficiency.
His leadership is expected to strengthen RBL Bank’s growth trajectory across the Mumbai region.
