Deloitte has appointed RITWICK UDAYAN as the Executive Director. In his new role, Ritwick will focus on driving clients in navigating complex transformation agendas, particularly across regulated sectors like education management, healthcare, and BFSI. His appointment aligns with Deloitte’s continued emphasis on performance improvement, robust governance frameworks, and long-term value creation.
With over two decades of leadership experience, Ritwick brings a strong track record in scaling businesses, making P&L responsibility and operational transformations. Before joining Deloitte, he served as Global Head – HMG Business at Husk Power, where he led India, Nigeria, Sub-Saharan Africa, and the United States.
Earlier in his career, Ritwick held senior leadership roles at TimesPro and Healthspring – Occupational & Corporate Health Experts, overseeing business expansion, customer experience, and digital initiatives. His professional journey also includes a significant tenure with the ICICI Bank Group and Star Union Dai-ichi Life Insurance Company Limited.
