METRO Global Solution Center IN announced the appointment of Ruchi Dubey GPHR as the Director of People and Culture. Bringing over 25+ years of experience in elevating people experience and human resources. Ruchi is a seasoned human resources leader with expertise in HR strategy, talent management, organisational development, and culture building.
Before joining Metro GSC, she had spent over 15 years at Infosys BPM. She initially joined Infosys as the Lead – Leadership & Global Talent Acquisition, and over the years, she has held elevated positions, improving team effectiveness, delivering HR solutions, and leading global initiatives. Ruchi held leadership positions like Senior Consultant Solution Design, Senior Unit Manager – BPHR, aligning the organisation’s objectives with talent goals.
Apart from Infosys BPM, she has worked with Cisco, OcwenFinancial, Cadbury India, Capital Consulting, and more. She gained her MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies, Jabalpur, in Human Resources and Marketing. At METRO GSC IN, she is expected to lead HR transformation, strengthen employee engagement, and build a culture of innovation and sustainable growth.
