
KPMG India has announced the appointment of Sachin Gaur as its new Chief Learning Officer. In this strategic appointment move, the firm aims to focus on building future-ready skills, strengthening leadership pipelines, and advancing enterprise-wide learning and development ecosystems to support organisational transformation and growth.
With over two decades of global experience in learning, talent management, organisational capability development, and leadership transformation. Before joining KPMG India, he served as Global Head – Capability, Change, Organisation and Leadership Development at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, where he oversaw large-scale capability building and leadership development initiatives aligned with business priorities. He also held senior learning leadership roles at Novartis and Deloitte, including as Global Consulting Chief Learning Officer. His earlier career includes roles at IBM, Accenture, and Trident Hotels, where he played pivotal roles in talent strategy and enterprise learning programs.
In his new role, he will be responsible for aligning the firm’s learning strategy with broader business goals, leveraging digital learning innovations, and enabling a high-performance culture that supports long-term organisational success. This appointment will strengthen the firm’s commitment to investing in people and capabilities as a core pillar of growth and innovation in a rapidly evolving business landscape.
