Sandeep Abraham joined Coupang as the Global Head of Payroll. Based in Seoul, he will be managing the HR payroll of the company. With two decades of expertise in the human resources industry, Abraham brings immense knowledge and experience to the table. Before joining Coupang, he was associated with Mondelēz International as the Vice President of Global People Service Operations, where he led the end-to-end global responsibility of core HR, payroll, and service management, managing multiple centres like the Philippines, Romania, Colombia, UK, India, Vietnam, and more. He also served as the Senior Director of Regional People Services of Africa, Asia, and the Middle East.
He served Unilever as the Site General Manager/ People Services Director, South Asia/ Australia, Global Workday Director and HR Service Delivery Director Asia. In this company, he has managed HR Service Delivery across 18 countries in Asia. During his tenure, he expanded scope in site leadership, covering HR, IT, finance, supply services, and more. He has also worked with Accenture, QBEInsurance, IBM, Siemens, GeneralMotors, SykesEnterprises, and more.
