Godrej Properties Limited appointed SANDEEP NAVLAKHE as the Chief Operating Officer – Pan India. With over 30 years of experience across various industries, he has led multiple renowned companies.
Navlakhe has worked with Tata Projects, Adani Group Airports Holdings Ltd, Lodha , and Larsen & Toubro. With his three decades of industry expertise, he has led large-scale infrastructure and real estate projects in these organisations.
Before joining Godrej, Navlakhe was serving at Tata Projects as the Executive Vice President and BU Head for building factories and airports. In his previous roles, he had guided Lodha Group as the Vice President, leading as the Vertical Head of 76 buildings. He contributed significantly to Larsen and Toubro Limited for more than two decades. He joined the company in 1991 as a civil engineer and climbed his way up to DGM & Project Manager.
His real estate and construction management expertise will be leveraged by Godrej Properties in creating a significant mark in the competitive industry of India.
