
Sandip Nalawade has been appointed as Director of Engineering at Hilton Mumbai International Airport. This appointment aims at supporting Hilton’s mission of delivering exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.
With over two decades of extensive experience in hospitality engineering, facilities management, and technical operations, with a strong track record of driving process optimization and leading high-performing engineering teams. He has served as Chief Engineer at Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Assistant Director of Engineering at Mandarin Oriental, Accor, and Conrad Hotels & Resorts. He has also served in senior leadership roles at Marriott International, Grand Hyatt, and Ramada Powai Hotel And Convention Centre , Mumbai.
With a strong foundation in technical operations, infrastructure excellence, and team leadership, he brings a wealth of experience to one of Mumbai’s most prominent hospitality destinations. In his new role, he will be responsible for overseeing engineering operations, infrastructure management, and technical services across the property. He will lead initiatives focused on operational efficiency, preventive maintenance systems, sustainability standards, and ensuring seamless facility performance aligned with Hilton’s global benchmarks.
This leadership addition further strengthens Hilton Mumbai International Airport’s focus on maintaining world-class infrastructure standards while supporting long-term asset performance and service reliability.
