AU SMALL FINANCE BANK welcomed Saral Sharma as the Head of Product, Communication, & COE. Saral brings 25 years of industry experience across retail lending, housing finance, and microloans, making him an expert in the banking and financial services space.
Before taking on this role, he served as Business Head – Micro Loans (Secured and Unsecured) at AxisBank, where he drove significant growth and customer penetration. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President at AU Small Finance Bank for Home Loans and Loan Against Property, playing a crucial role in scaling the bank’s housing finance offerings over five years.
Over the course of his career, he had worked with ABC – Aditya Birla Housing Finance Limited, ManappuramFinance, BajajFinserv, HDFCBank, Yes Bank, AmericanExpress, and Citi, where he led large teams across South and West India in mortgages, personal loans, and credit cards.
