Upadhyay has worked with Travstore Travel Management, Capri Global Capital Ltd., Cushman & Wakefield, Ittina Properties, and more. She has managed the P&L of Cushman & Wakefield Pune successfully, leading the residential real estate market. She also led the channel management and collaborated with independent brokers.
During her tenure as Director at Travstore Travel Management, Upadhyay led business development in luxury real estate, travel, and hospitality. Guiding Ultra High Net Worth individuals on residential investments, securing villa and high-end hotel partnerships. Responsible for strategic growth and providing premium lifestyle solutions and client engagement.
In her new role, she will be responsible for managing high-value residential and corporate asset transactions. With her market experience, the company aims to dive deeper into the real estate market.
