Emily Fell is appointed as the Senior Director at Savills to lead the Asia Pacific Capital Markets team. She will be leading the booming sectors such as Living Sectors. In her new role, she will be offering clients advisory and market intelligence in areas like co-living, student accommodation, senior living, and hotels.
Before joining Savills, she worked with Knight Frank for 13 years. At Knight Frank, she has experienced the APAC region and handled the region as Associate Director of Capital Markets Asia Pacific. She worked closely with the Knight Frank teams across the US, UK, Europe, and Australia.
She expressed, “The investment case for the Living Sectors in Asia Pacific is compelling. On a risk-adjusted basis, these assets offer the stable, durable income streams that institutional investors are searching for, and we are seeing significant growth in demand in markets like Japan, Australia, and South Korea.”
