In operations, process automation and a cloud-based ERP have replaced workflows once managed through email, giving employees centralised, reliable access to business information. In distribution, Parijat Wallet gives our sales teams and channel partners real-time business intelligence, from customer ledgers and sales history to product information and forecasting, while dynamic QR codes on our packaging support supply chain tracking and retailer engagement. In farmer outreach, precision drone spraying through Parijat Udaan covered 19,594 acres in FY26, and digital advisory partnerships connect farmers’ queries with local retail networks. Each of these began with a specific business or field-level challenge. We start with the problem, then choose the technology, and my own work spans process automation, AI chatbots and agentic AI, applied only where they solve a real operating problem. For us, technology is not an add-on. It is built into how we operate, distribute and reach farmers.”
